Our Policies

At Instinct Hockey, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all participants. Please carefully review our refund policy outlined below:

Refunds and Credits

In the event a player is unable to attend a program, it is the responsibility of the participant to submit a written request to Instinct Hockey via email to contact@instincthockey.ca, including all relevant details and supporting documents PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM. They will receive a credit for their full amount paid less a $25 administration fee. Credit may be used for any program within one (1) full calendar year and is non-transferable.

Review and Confirmation

Upon receipt of the refund request and necessary documentation, our team will review the submission. Participants will receive a confirmation email once the review process commences.

Additional Information

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 20 business days for refund processing.

Cancelled or Postponed Training Programs

Refunds will be issued if a training program is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled. In such cases, refunds will be automatically applied to the original credit card used for purchase.

Force Majeure

Instinct Hockey shall not be liable for cancellation or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disturbances, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.
